OPINION OF THE COURT OF APPEALS VACATED; PROCEEDING FOR REVIEW REINSTATED; TRIAL JUDGE'S ORDER SUSTAINED. ¶1 The primary issue on certiorari is whether the Court of Appeals erred when it dismissed this case upon concluding that denial of temporary total disability presents interlocutory judicial action of the Workers' Compensation Court which is not reviewable under the provisions of 85 O.S.Supp. 1977 § 3.6 B. We hold that this proceeding is prosecuted from a reviewable decision and should hence be reinstated.
